History is a purportedly true story of the past told with language. It is reflection on personnages, events and epochs. History can be rewritten. The past cannot (at least usually) be rewritten. It should be noted that history is (often) written by the victor. In the Land of Mists false history is written by the Dark Powers who may also be able to rewrite the past.
