Native Horrors
The chief threat in the domain of Dementlieu is Dominic D'Honaire and the fell influence he has on the domain through his Obedient. Other supernatural threats are less frequent in Dementlieu than many other domains. Most that do show up have unique modus operandi and may be even considered one of a kind. Others are shapechangers or otherwise able to blend into Dementlieuse society, such as dread dopplegangers, impersonators, and even phasms. Vengeful incorporeal undead, such as wraiths and odems, are not unknown either.[2] Rarely, goblins, kobolds, and kelpies may be encountered.[9][10]
Reavers and sahuagin are said to favor Sable Bay and Pernault Bay for finding prey.[11]
Geography

Weather
The climate of Dementlieu rarely reaches extremes. In winter, only the occasional light layer of snow ever dusts the ground, and in the summer season usually sees only a few days of uncomfortably high temperatures. Rain is fairly frequent, especially during the spring and autumn.
