Marcel Delacourte

Marcel Delacourte is the father of Marie Delacourte and the rich owner of a textile mill in Port-a-Lucine.[1]
Unfortunately for Marie and the world at large, Marcel is also a necromancer. With assistance from Jean, Marie's fiance, he has been murdering and reanimating child zombies as free labor. Because of Marie's suspicions of their activities, Jean and Marcel conspired to kill her as well. This angered Nikolai Melentha, and he killed Jean.[1] Marcel fears he may be next.[2]
Marcel employs Nanette and Alain Janvier as household servants, while secretly mentoring them as apprentices.[3]
With the cooperation of Stefan Dyreth of Martira Bay, Marcel is the pioneer of zombie dust[4]
