The deceased are dead, having succumb to the deanimation of death, and have joined the ranks of the Dead.

The following entries are for NPC's who have been recorded as dead, including reincarnated. The dead do not always rest easy in the Land of Mists, so it's possible any of these may rise as undead in a specific campaign. But anyone who is "officially" undead should be moved to the appropriate monster category. Undead who are recorded as having been destroyed would be listed in both categories.
