Andrei the Butcher

Andrei was the unscrupulous and bigoted butcher that resided in the Village of Barovia. in 475 BC, Andrei planted some valuables on Petya, a Vistana, and then bore false witness that Petya was a thief. When Petya was to be hanged, Andrei got the noose ready. However, Jander Sunstar intervened, summoning wolves to break up the crowd.
