Delacourte's Residence is located in Port-a-Lucine, Dementlieu. It is occupied by Marcel Delacourte and Marie Delacourte. Including the attic, the house is a three floor building that also houses an arcane library on the second floor and a secret laboratory a room on the third floor connecting to the attic.
