Events
- By this year, the Inquisition has captured the support, even the very hearts, of the Tepestani.[1]
- Early Year: With the exception of the white flowers in the Iron Hills, all the flowers in Sithicus blacken.[2] The flowers will continue to bloom black for another 9 years. In the meantime, Ashen Fever rages across Sithicus.
- Spring: Azrael Dak effectively rules Sithicus.[2]
- The Skurra known as the Crimson Rose joins Carnival. Her son, called simply the Familiar, is born soon thereafter and has the Skurra-verra paint applied to his face as soon as he is born.[3]
- Unwald Rottennail's Invasion into Keening[4]
- Summer: Harkon Lukas shames Luther Bedarik by winning the title of Meistersinger of Skald from him.[5]
- Wood'n-Head tracks down Carnival and enlists.[6]
- Carnival travels through the Wildlands, and a group of wereleopards attack. Isolde defeats their attackers, and the Hideous Man-Beast is taken alive. Carnival cages him and puts him on display, only to later discover he reverts to human form during the full moon. It is the first time in three years.[7]
- Carnival returns to Darkon. Tenira Courant, an agent of the Kargat, enlists.[8]
- Having vanished from the mainland of the Core, Markovia is found once again in the Sea of Sorrows.[9][10]
- Burton Wescote's curse is removed.[11][12]
- Girard Cavaillon tries to make an under-the-table agreement with the Falkovnian Army to overthrow Jacqueline Renier. Jacqueline establishes a direct communication with Vlad Drakov as a counter offer with some unknown incentive plus a favored consort of Cavaillon.[13]
- Prince Othmar dispenses with the seals of the five great families and mints money in his own image. [14]
Professor Abelhous Nicholsi travels to Hazlan following a meteor shower. He hopes to discover a doppelganger plant, but he fails to do so.[15] However, Governor Pall Ibington arrangs for the professor to perform an autopsy of a mind flayer.[16]
Aferdale reaches its largest population of 1500. However, it's population begins dropping shortly after this peaking.[17]
After forging the sword Felauragoth, Kalibos enters the Tower of Flint, intent on killing the Lady of Ravens. He fails and loses Felauragoth, but he escapes her wrath.[18]
743 BC - Lukas Durmke is driven from a temple of the Lawgiver and subsequently from the city of Egertus for spouting heresy. [19]
Autumn: No longer a darklord, Nathan Timothy establishes the Dog Fights in Karina.[20]
Most likely November Tindafulus finishes the Memory Mirrors and hands them over to Lord Soth. Soth sends Azrael Dak to kill Tindafulus, but the illusionist fakes his death and escapes Sithicus. Now free of Soth's yoke, Tindafulus begins work on the Mirror of the Ideal Self.[21]
Imogen Schlosser starts her campaign to sink Todstein into the sea and force Meredoth into the open, so she can murder him and steal his amassed treasures.
