A powerful wizard originally from Helbenik, Felkovic is the creator of the Cat of Felkovic and an enemy of Baron Urik von Kharkov. In fact, he created the Cat specifically to destroy von Khakrov after he heard two of the baron's minions planning on capturing Felkovic's wife Nadia (Wife of Felkovic).[1] However, Baron von Kharkov and his panthers killed Felkovic before he had a chance to use the cat. As he died, Felkovic cursed the baron but inadvertently sealed his own soul to the Cat. Felkovic became bound to the Cat as ghost highly restricted in action, at least for a time.[2]
Felkovic was eventually able to get his chance at killing von Kharkov. However, the attempt failed to truly destroy von Kharkov. While it freed Felkovic from the Cat, it drove him mad and left him a relatively powerless geist bound to his tower. He lurks their now, able to lay down curses on those who trespass in the tower.[3]
Fittingly for the Land of Mists, Felkovic has no memory of how he created the Cat. However, he is willing to lie and make false promises in order to arrange the death of von Kharkov.[4] (Or at least he was, prior to falling into madness)
Despite his best efforts, Felkovic was unable to keep his wife Nadia from becoming a victim of von Kharkov's feeding, and Nadia eventually became a vampire slave to the baron.[5]
