Captain Elias is the Vistani Captain of the Bogarav family. His sister, Sergenna, is the raunie but allows Elias to make have final say over most of the family's issues. Elias is also the father of Donani and Annika. The disappearance of Donani's would-be bride Lela has caused Donani great grief and Elias grea worry for his son.[1]
