Vocar the Obedient is the leader of the Cult of Vecna in Tor Gorak. He is the main (though secret) antagonist of the module Vecna Reborn. He has chosen his own niece, Marit, to birth the new incarnation of his master Vecna. Over the course of the module, Vocar is served and informed by two entities he conjured, Zarenival and Cochort, though Vocar himself plays innocent until the final ritual.[1]
