Kellee was a community within the Shadowfell domain of Tepest. Before she did with Viktal, Mother Lorinda first attempted to germinate her religion in Kellee. However, it ended in disaster. Kellee now lies abandoned in decay, inhabited by neither Lorinda or her followers but instead by one of Lorinda's forsaken creations[1].
