A Ghast who resides in Tepest.
History
Hesketh is the former chief inquisitor of Yagno Petrovna.[1] In 725 BC, while returning some blasphemers from Dervich to Zhukar, Jugo was ambushed by mongrelmen. He was captured and taken to the G'Hennan Outlands, where the mongrelmen tortured him until he died. They then bound his corpse and dumped it into the Drogach River.[1]
Yagno Petrovna issued a pogrom upon the mongrelmen in retaliation for Hesketh's murder. In the middle of the bloodshed, Petrovna heard about rumors of cannibalism. Petrovna encountered Hesketh in the wilds as a ghast and drove his former friend from G'Henna into Tepest. Hesketh remains there to this day along with a cult of ghoul minions.[1]
The origins of Hesketh's curse is not fully understood. He may have secretly practiced cannibalism before his death, or the curse may have come from the lips of the victims of his torture.[1]
