A lesser known memmber of the Dilisnya Family, Andrei operates in Dementlieu as an importer-exporter with a reputation as a debauched drunkard and gambler. In reality, he is much more of a menace than his sloppy persona signifies, for he is also a professional killer, thief, and spy.[1]
