The Tower of Broken Promises is located in I'Cath and holds the body of Nightingale, serving as her eternal prison. Attempts to climb the stairs meet with failure, as they go on forever. Only by encountering Nightingale in song form and ensuring her cooperation as a great bird can the top truly be reached.[1]
