Malgorboth is a fiend of terrible power and evil once worshiped by a cult on the grounds that currently house the Hoftmann Hospital of Lamordia. To reward their fanatical devotion, Malgorboth sent a Greater Fihyr (now known today as the Lurker by Otto Krieger) as his agent and blessing to the cult. However, goodly clerics wiped out the cult and sealed the Lurker away in underground caves.[1]
