Kazan Khan

Kazan Khan once led the Neureni hordes across outlander world that held Barovia, and with them he built a mighty empire. He ruled with an iron fist, and entire communities were laid to waste under his orders. He overed sacrifice to the evil Irlek-Khan. However, his dreams of destiny were halted when he was assassinated by the Ba'al Verzi. He lives now in a palace filled with wonders, horrors, and illusions as a ghost taking the shape of a humongous head. The tribe of Neureni in his domain hold but a sliver of the glory and power they formerly had.
