Gorghu Grul was a priest of Zhakata the Provider. When he perceived that the Provider had fallen out of favor with Yagno Petrovna, Gorghu Grul left G'Henna. In 737 BC he founded a hermitage called the House of Plenty in northwestern Markovia. There he offered shelter to any who requested it, although very few broken ones dared risk the wrath of Diosamblet by doing so.[1]

Unfortunately, the Translation of Markovia in 740 BC caused great disturbance among its inhabitants. A pack of wolf-folk,  perhaps seeking to curry Diosamblet's favor, slaughtered Gorghu Grul.[2]
