Fernando Domingo Louis V

Fernando Domingo Louis V was a king whose hubris brought calamity upon his kingdom. It eventually emerged from the ashes to achieve prominence again without his leadership. He is now cursed to remain homeless in poverty as he watches the kingdom prosper, though he has the power to psychically manipulate the nobility and even establish sensory links. He can therefore rule the kingdom from the shadows, but not enjoy the finery of rule.

Louis V has a secondary power. Through begging he has the ultimate power of persuasion, though his hubris usually prevents this use.
