Donskoy's keep[1] was Lord Milos Donskoy's seat of authority for ruling over his tiny domain. It was mostly unpopulated, with only Donskoy himself, Ekhart, Ljubo, Yelena, Zosia, and Marguerite de Boche as the people who regularly resided there. As with many things in Donskoy's domain, Donskoy's keep was affected by a supernatural decay that nonetheless never completely destroyed the keep, although large sections of it were structurally dangerous or unsuitable for the Living to frequent. Despite this, Donskoy regularly (once per month) held dinners and festivities with his visiting "associates", fellow robbers and partners in crime such as Jacqueline Montarri.
Donskoy's red salon within the keep was quite posh and decadent, where Donskoy engaged in a number of debaucheries, including his adulterous liaisons with Montarri.
The dungeon crypts beneath the keep were haunted by the ghost of Valeska Donskoy, Lord Donskoy's former wife.
