Davran

Davran is a member of the Pack and a Knight of the Shadows. He saved one of his associates, Kosia, from the depths of Shadowborn Manor in 755 BC.

Background

Saved from the gibbets after his family had been burned to death by Elena Faith-hold's enforcers, Davran became one of the rebel gang known as the Pack led by the Red Wolf. He gathered with other members of the Pack to support the Knights of the Shadows in readying for the yearly venture into Shadowborn Manor to bind Ebonbane with the Four Elemental Keys. There he met Übrig, Kosia, Julian, Rohmer, and Barloc, and several other Knights of the Shadows. Rohmer, Barloc, and two others were chosen to deliver the keys that year, but only Rohmer returned alive.

A year later in 755 BC, Rohmer was chosen to lead a party of four Knights into the manor once again. Kosia, Julian and Übrig were also selected. Davran sneaked in after them, determined to find his fate within the walls of the manor. Inside the walls, Übrig was killed by Ebonbane, and Julian was murdered by Rohmer, whom was revealed as a spy and a traitor. Rohmer nearly managed to sabotage the yearly binding of Ebonbane, but his attempt was foiled by Kosia. Davran saved the mortally wounded Kosia and struck Rohmer down. Rohmer passed on but rose again as a ghoul (albeit, a captured one). Rohmer was subsequently delivered to Faith-hold, whom subsequently executed him. For Davran's part in saving the day, he was knighted as a full member of the Circle.
