Chief Constable Francine Maxwell

Francine Maxwell was named Acting Chief Constable of the City Guard of Paridon in the middle of the 14th murder cycle of Bloody Jack in 755 BC. She was previously an Inspector and she replaced Chief Constable James Wortle who nearly snapped under the weight of the killing spree. She appreciated the difficulty of the job was eager for assistance from outside the guard. She was the sixth Chief Constable in 13 years.

The City Council confirmed Maxwell in her post and removed "Acting" from her title in 756 BC.
