An ikisitora (plural: Ikisitore) is an evil fiend that feeds on and lives to instill hatred and fear in mortals. In addition to deriving nouristment, an ikisitora that sees an act of hate or intolerance can temporarily become more powerful in one of a number of ways it chooses. The ikisitore hail from a world filled with it, quickly burgeoning their numbers. In the case of wanting to find new hunting grounds, it can broadcast its consciousness across the planes to find new hunting grounds.^[1]

Ikisitore are expert manipulators, able to shapechange to sew intolerance and discord between groups. Ikisitore are genderless and readily take on the appearance of any gender to sew hostility. An ikisitora has also a unique supernatural ability to enact a powerful charm effect upon a person, lacing the powerful influence with a hatred against another individual or kind of individual (some examples: Vistani, elf, neighbor). This perverted charm ability is usable at will, though once per day it can be used as a mass charm person. Finally, an ikusitora can create powerful illusions.^[2]

If it engages in direct combat itself, an ikisitora can use weapons if a disguise must be maintained. In its true form, an ikisitora's claws and bite produce a highly lethal venom. Ikistore can also manifest a number of powerful spell-like abilities directly useful in combat.^[2]

An act of kindness peformed by a character under an ikisitora's influence against the target of the character's hatred greatly weakens an ikisitora, forcing it to flee the area before falling into a comatose slumber.^[2]
