Baltoi
Baltoi is a tanar'ri marilith who resides within the mine shaft in the eponymous Sleeping Beast Mountains in Lamordia. She was a major tactician in the ongoing Blood War that takes place in the lower planes. Under her leadership, the armies of Chaos suffered a major defeat and as punishment, she was imprisoned in Ravenloft by a major evil power, and was also stripped of her ability to gate in Tanar'ri reinforcements. The demiplane saw fit to replace this loss with a gift in growth of her overall size and power, making one of the most deadly enemies on the demiplane even more dangerous.
Upon discovery of her, she was sealed into her mountain lair by a wish. She is currently asleep, but the power of this spell is waning daily.
Other Notes
Baltoi received her first and only canon mention in the game module Adam's Wrath, which came about before Van Richten's Guide to Demons (Book) was printed. Therefore, it was not stated if and what land-based powers she might have, but given that the only domain she's known to have visited is Lamordia -- and both Adam and Dr. Mordenheim would certainly know if she ever performed a power ritual -- it can be assumed that her corruption index is zero.
