Skald is a large town located within Kartakass. It is ruled by Meistersinger Harkon Lukas.[1]
Overview
With cliffs to the east and the Kilovan River to the west, Skald is the Kartakan nexus for trade and economy, though it is considered Harmonia's inferior in relation to matters of high culture and art. Skald is connected to Barovia via the Crimson Road, Sithicus by the Merchant's Way, and to Harmonia by the appropriately but uncreatively named Road to Harmony.[1]
