A Kartakan bard and psion from Skald, whose diary is quoted in Van Richten's Guide to the Lich. For a time, Swiftsinger served as a student for the psionic lich Master Ulathar before discovering his master's true nature and joining an adventuring party (led by Harkon Lukas no less) to dispatch Ulathar.[1]
He is described as an associate of Harkon Lukas
and is possibly a wolfwere.
