William d’Monte (NPC)

William d’Monte is the ghost of a Dementlieuse composer. Ever a perfectionist, d'Monte drove his musicians to work so hard they died from a plague. Following this he committed suicide and rose again as a Second Magnitude Ghost. His only goal is to perfect his final piece of music.
