The Navigator's Bliss is the Celestines's observatory in Port-a-Lucine, Dementlieu. It is staffed entirely by clerics and similar professions. The staff use a hallucinogenic herb they grow at the observatory to connect with the heavens D'Jir Kariskee oversees the observatory.[1]
