The Fly was a priest of Baalzebub who transgressed so greatly he was transformed into a fly, making him perhaps the tiniest darklord in the Demiplane of Dread. Despite this reduction in station, the Fly is still a horrific foe, able to spread disease and madness as well as command fly swarms. The Fly's curse can transform people into horrible fly/humanoid hybrids. The Fly's domain is a city embedded in a series of insect-infested marshes[1]
