The Cat and Mouse

located in the roughest part of Past-the-Port, The Cat and Mouse appears to be but a rough-and-tumble dive of a tavern. In actuality it is a secret rendezvous point for all sorts of shady people with ill intentions. Across the road, Murdoc's hovel formerly stood until it was razed to the ground.
