Past-the-Port

Mentioned in Dance of the Dead, Past-the-Port is a slum in Port d'Elhour which has a fearsome and infamous reputation. Those who walk its streets during the day usually do so while armed, whereas only those with bad intentions do so at night. Regardless of normal preparations or intentions, the dark creatures that walk the streets at night might end a traveler's life.
