Temple of Omi Keyoka

The Temple of Omi Keyoka is a former yuan-ti temple located in the Bakumora. It is currently inhabited by Ifalakuntho, his cult led by Fotari, and some undead. There, Fotari sacrifices souls to Ifalakuntho in the delusional hope of saving the Bakumora from the Shadowfell.[1]
