Swanmay

Swanmays are female humans who can transform into swans through the use of enchanted talismans gifted to them by the powers of nature for their devotion to protecting the natural world from despoilment. Made up of an alliance of druids and rangers, swanmays are a sorority who only recruit human women into their ranks. In their swan forms, they possess the power of flight and are immune to non-enchanted weaponry. A more militant splinter order, the Black Swanmays (who assume the form of black swans), is made up of clerics, paladins and crusaders. The Demiplane of Dread is home to its own splinter order of swanmays, the owlmays, who assume the form of owls instead of swans.
