The Shining Youth is an organization operating in the city of Touraine in Nidala. It offers religious and military training for boys and girls, providing them with an easier path into the Army of Nidala or the Church of Belenus. Particularly for people living in the District of the Dispossessed, joining the Shining Youth is considered one of the most reliable ways to escape the District.[1]
