Sellek's Anbaric Blade

Created by Wyndfar Sellek, this short sword can deliver an electrical burst of energy through touch once every few minutes. Despite this property, the weapon is not magical. Rather, the mechanical contraption inside of the blade acts as something of a crude battery.
