Prefect Ciril Romulich was a high priest of Barovia, who is buried in Castle Ravenloft. 
Presumably, he was a priest of Andral Prefect Romulich is buried in Castle Ravenloft.
In Expedition to Castle Ravenloft
Romulich was the spiritual leader of the Barovian church under Barov von Zarovich and Ravenia von Zarovich. He also served as the spiritual counselor for the Knights of the Raven.[1]
