Monadhan Outpost

Standing next and rising above Shantytown, Monadhan Outpost is the only real permanent and defensible structure within the Shadowfell domain of Monadhan. It is a reflection of the refugee outpost Arantor destroyed on the Prime Material Plane. Those whom (for however temporarily) dominate the Monadhan Outpost in theory dominates the town, though the dissolute nature of Monadhan society makes it implausible to achieve. Currently rule of the Outpost is ruled by Pelnur Gatesfist.
