The head of the Unforgiving Triumvirate.[1]
Unknown to any others, Maahir el-Kabit is a lich. Over the past hundred and fifty years, he has used his alter self salient ability to kill and impersonate many members of the Unforgiving Triumvirate. He intends to replace Amru al-I'Tarifi next, but he is not impatient to do so. However, if he were to learn that Amru al-I'Tarifi is no longer completely devoted to the Lawgiver, then Maahir would have immediate reason to supplant him.[1]
