Amru al-I'Tarifi is one of the Unforgiving Triumvirate despite being an Outlander from Zakhara. Guided by the lashes of the [[Order of Scourges], he converted to the faith of the Lawgiver. After many years of dedicated service, he eventually ascended to the Triumvirate.[1]
However, having ascended to such lofty heights, Amru al-I'Tarifi now has the vantage to see how far the Pharazian worship of the Lawgiver falls from even the most moralist faction in Zakhara. Secretly he has returned to the faith of his homeworld, making him not only one of the Unforgiving Triumvirate but also effectively one of the Enlightened.[1]
