Loudon Loudriver is one of the elders of Twinmoon Sanctuary in Avonleigh. He is staunchly isolationist, fearing that contact with the world outside the sanctuary will draw ill attention to it. His great-grandaughter Celphina and the other Moonshadows disagree.[1]
