Celphina Loudriver lives in Twinmoon Sanctuary in Avonleigh. In fact, she is the great-granddaughter of Loudon Loudriver, one of the sanctuary's elders. However, where Loudon is greatly conservative, Celphina is one of the Moonshadows, who are the radical youth of the sanctuary.[1]
