Lord Louis Randeen was born in Northumberland and was sent to kill Bloodypaw by the Westminster Railroad company. The beast slew him, but in his great rage, he refused to let go. Evil spirits began inhabiting Randeen's body and fusing with his anger and hate. While Randeen was incapacitated, more adept hunters killed Bloodypaw and strung up its corpse on the watchman's tower. After Randeen reanimated, he took down the corpse and started his hunt anew against a target he will never catch. His provocations have caused Bloodypaw's old tribe to retaliate with more murders against the railroad company.
