Kelab mercenary working under Voan Darl. He participated in the kidnapping of General Vychen in 581 BC, according to the in-character narrative given by Strahd in I, Strahd, The War Against Azalin. He was second in command under Darl. 
Given the length of time ago she lived, Keleb is most likely deceased in the modern Ravenloft timeline.
