This article gives owlmays a new backstory as an order of swanmays who pursued a powerful undead foe to the Demiplane of Dread and found themselves unable to use their original feather tokens, forcing them to bargain with a local fey of some power for new ones. This choice backfired on them when it corrupted them into giving birth to harpy-like calibans.
