Jadis Ranherdt is a female human Necropolitan Shadow in Necropolis. She is the daughter of the deceased Baron Karl Ranherdt of Il Aluk. Although she was bound to her father's mansion by Death, she has secretly escaped and now plans her revenge.[1] Jadis is still thought by others (or at least "S") to be bound within a wall in her father's summer residence.[2]
