Helwa is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. She is one of the Barovian mountain folk and leads a band of berserkers. When hunting, she uses Area X15 of the Amber Temple (reachable by a crevasse that leads outside to Mount Ghakis). One of Strahd's dire wolf minions accompanies them.[1]
