Now merely ruins, the Harrowstone Prison was once a (the) prison in Ustalav located near the community of Ravengro. Criminals were sent from all over the domain to this prison (for a price, of course.)[1] As such, its destruction in the Harrowstone Fire of 706 BC send the nation into a state of chaos to which it hasn't completely recovered from yet.[2]
