Hargel Gruumsh was the chieftain of an orc tribe in Mordent at the time of Strahd and Azalin's visit in 579 BC. In addition to many normal orcs, Hargel's retinue included 3 personal guards, an ogre, 3 orc wights, and an orc shaman named Eisman Khargug. They resided in some cliffs around Mordentshire[1].
Given how long ago he lived, Hargel is almost certainly deceased in the modern Ravenloft timeline.
