Geier Turbatoff is a Barovian cleric of the Morninglord, who presides over a dilapidated a temple to his deity in the slums of Ilvin in Borca. (In fact, he is the only priest there.) "S" found him to be very moody and suspicious of her questions, apparently a loner who preferred the company of his books to any humans[1]
