Former inhabitants of Ludendorf were once, but no longer are, counted among its inhabitants. NPCs who pack up and leave the community or who die and who remain peaceably in their graves are no longer inhabitants of Ludendorf and instead become former inhabitants of Ludendorf. A successful Knowledge (local) skill check may yield information about a former inhabitant of interest. Generally, such an individual must have been an inhabitant within living memory however.
