Kadra is a Sea hag. She forms a covey with Kedra and Kentra. She lives in her hut on the Isle of Agony. She is an enemy of Adam.[1]
Kadra was once one of the most stunning women who lived in Ludendorf. She was kidnapped by Adam and taken to Schloss Mordenheim for a time. Eventually she escaped and underwent the Change.[2]
Kadra owns a wand of polymorphing which she uses mostly for perverse pleasure.[1]
